Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

In regards to refunds of “In Stock” items prior to the items being shipped out, a 10% restock fee is charged for change of mind or mistaken orders etc.

In regards to refunds of “Pre Order” items prior to the items being shipped out, a 20% restock fee is charged for change of mind or mistaken orders. This is to stop orders being reserved for you and changed on release date if pricing changes once publicly available.
